Boardwalk is a mid-century modern townhome community found in Phoenix, close to Arcadia and Biltmore Fashion Park, less than a mile from some of the city’s most popular restaurants and night spots. The nearby Arizona Canal Trail offers bikers and joggers miles of mountain views.

Designed originally as garden apartments by mid-century architect Al Beadle, Boardwalk remains a desirable condo community. Units range from one to three bedrooms, all facing the garden path that snakes through the complex. Solid post and beam construction are the bones of these stylish condos that feature polished concrete floors, walls of glass and a community pool.
