Bon Vie is a desired mid-century modern community just blocks away from Old Town Scottsdale. Originally built in 1977 as apartments, Bon Vie was later renovated and converted into condos in 2004. Bon Vie is a two-level community that features two floor plans. A 672 square foot one bedroom and an 832 square foot two bedroom. These condos are fitted with higher-end finishes. The exterior of the community is constructed out of concrete block.

Bon Vie is situated just outside of Old Town Scottsdale, still within reach of all the luxuries it has to offer. Residents have exclusive access to the Scottsdale Baseball Stadium, Scottsdale Contemporary Arts Museum, a variety of restaurants, art galleries and much more.
