Here’s Americans Rank Arizona No. 7 For The Most Underated State
Clever, a real estate data company, just published new data that found Arizona ranks No. 7 for the most underrated state, according to a survey of 1,000 Americans.
Here’s where Arizona ranks in all of our metrics:
- Most desirable: No. 12
- Most underrated: No. 7
- Nicest residents: No. 15
- Least desirable: No. 11
- Craziest residents: No. 14
- Worst scenery: No. 12
- Rudest residents: No. 18
- Most annoying residents: No. 11
- Most pretentious residents: No. 12
The most desirable states are Florida, California, Texas, Hawaii, and New York.
On the other hand, the least desirable states are California, New York, Alaska, Alabama, and Texas.
Americans say a low crime rate (68%), low housing and living costs (66%), and good weather (62%) make a place most desirable to live.
Overall, 73% of Americans like where they live, but 84% could be convinced to move. However, half of Americans (50%) say they can’t afford to move to a more desirable location.
