JEFF LI | RESIDENTIAL SALES, LEASING & INVESTMENTS
Jeff Li joined Vestis Group in 2021 to help grow its residential sales and investments platform. Jeff has been an active real estate investor for many years and has extensive experience buying, renovating, leasing and selling single family homes, townhomes and condos in Central Phoenix and the Southeast Valley, including cabins and vacation homes in Prescott and Heber/Overgaard in Northern Arizona. Prior to joining Vestis Group, Jeff recently retired with over 21 years of service with the City of Phoenix Police Department.
In Jeff’s 21+ years of Law Enforcement, he held the position of Patrol Officer, Tactical Training Instructor at the Arizona Law Enforcement Academy and Investigative Detective in Property Crimes and Organized Crimes. Jeff has also received many awards such as the Metal of Merit and the Chief award for his service and dedication. The investigative skills, positive attitude and desire to succeed in Jeff’s years with the Phoenix Police Department has made his attention to detail and customer service above par.
As a licensed REALTOR, Jeff is devoted to bringing the same customer service and attitude that he has demonstrated over his extraordinary career in law enforcement to his clients and the team at Vestis Group. Jeff is dedicated to his clients and holds their fiduciary responsibilities to the highest level. Jeff’s knowledge of the Phoenix Metro Area is also above standard as well as his knowledge of the surrounding city.
Jeff graduated from Ottawa University with a Public Safety Management and Leadership Degree as well as an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Rio Salado College. Jeff currently resides in Arcadia with his wife and daughter.
Jeff holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson’s license and is a member of Phoenix REALTORS (PAR), the Arizona Association of REALTORS (AAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
In addition, Jeff is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is a State Certified Firearms Instructor.
