The Lofts at Fillmore is an 18-unit condo community within the Roosevelt Historic District of Downtown Phoenix. This historic building was originally built in 1929 as an apartment community, but was later renovated into condos in 2000.

Lofts at Fillmore offers 1 & 2-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 900 square feet up to a spacious 1,300 square feet. Units feature an open floor plan, original red brick walls, exposed ductwork, and hardwood floors.
