Scottsdale Shadows was built in phases, starting in 1974. Each unit has its own balcony, parking space(s) and storage room. There are no age restrictions. The Scottsdale Shadows HOA fee is higher than many condos in the area, but the monthly fee includes Water, Air Conditioning/Heating, Sewer and Garbage.
