St Croix Villas is a gated community of thirty-six luxury condos in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Built in 1988, this condominium community features one and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 709 to 1,477 square feet. Architecturally interesting, some units feature twenty-foot ceilings, loft spaces, front stoops and attached garages. Since the community was built in 1988 some of the units have since been renovated, while others are still in their original condition.
