Phoenix has landed again in the top 10 markets ranked by commercial real estate investors in a recent CBRE Group Inc. survey.

The Valley ranked No. 10 — a drop from last year’s seventh spot — and was one of several Sun Belt markets that investors rated high on their list for growth rates and strong demand for product.

Charlie von Arentschildt, a senior vice president for CBRE, said Phoenix has “phenomenal” fundamentals in population growth, business climate and significant investments from major employers across all asset types.

“It comes as no shock,” he said. “It’s very clear that Phoenix is where folks want to live, do business and continue to invest.”  – more at bizjournals.com
