Vestis Group announces that brokers Natan Jacobs, Les Litwin and Victoria Miachika have completed the sale of Roosevelt 11, a 5,028 square feet, single-level, freestanding office building, located near Roosevelt Row in Downtown Phoenix, for $372,000 / $73.99 per square foot.   Ronald Yenney of Ephrata, Washington sold the Roosevelt 11 office building, located at 1018 West Roosevelt Street, in Downtown Phoenix to Harder Development from Phoenix, Arizona for $372,000. Natan Jacobs, Les Litwin and Victoria Miachika with Vestis Group in Phoenix represented the Seller in the sale of this Phoenix office building.
