Vestis Group negotiated a ground lease for Bikini Beans Coffee, at the intersection of 32nd Street and Bell Road, in Phoenix, Arizona.
(Phoenix – April 15, 2022) – Vestis Group, a commercial brokerage and investment firm, is pleased to announce the completed ground lease for Bikini Beans Coffee, along Phoenix’s Bell Road Corridor, at 3155 E Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032.
