Vestis Group negotiated a 30-year ground lease for Bikini Beans Coffee, at the intersection of Country Club and Guadalupe, in Mesa, Arizona.

(Phoenix – April 11, 2019) – Vestis Group, a commercial brokerage and investment firm, is pleased to announce the completed ground lease for Bikini Beans Coffee, along Mesa’s Country Club Corridor, aka State Route 87, at 2816 S Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85210.

“This is Bikini Beans Coffee’s third location in Arizona.
